- Walk lot prior to excavation to review lot
- Review how home is placed on lot

- Side-yard sizes
- Walk ‘through’ home going into front door
- Looking out rear door / windows
Pre-Drywall walk
- Walk home to review all changes to date
- Review placement of outlets, cabinets, doors etc.
- Review colors
- Provide buyer with schedule of dates
- How and what will be happening for the rest of the process
Final walk
- Walk home to confirm home is 100% complete
- Review operations of home and home owner maintenance
- An opportunity for buyer to catch any overlooked items
Pre-Closing walk
- Review all touch-ups are complete
- Done day of closing
60 day walk
- Review home with buyer approximately 60days after move-in
- Confirm buyer understands operations of home
