Avery

The Avery is a very open and versatile plan. It features a 'split' master bedroom from the two secondary bedrooms. The master suitre includes a large walk-in closet, whirlpool tub and ceramic floor. The kitchen is open to the family room and features maple cabinets, maple floor, tile backsplash and solid surface counter tops. There is an abundance of glass from the dinette and great room. The third bedroom, near the entry, can also be built as a den. A large laundry room features a laundry tub and extra cabinets. A oversized three car garage and covered patio lead a long list of standard amenities. The Avery is a beautiful and thoughtful home your family and guests will enjoy in so many ways.

Granville

The Graville ranch presents design features offering multi-purpose rooms and custom choices to fit your personal lifestyle. Sophisticated look of stone and stucco and covered front porch. The ceramic entry leads you from the entry into the kitchen and down the hall to the laundry. A full wall of windows across the great room and dinette brings the outdoors in. Large kichen and dinette with oversized island, double oven and maple cabinets. Private master retreat features tiered ceiling, whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, large closet and his and her vanities. A dramatic open staircase leads to the basement.

Monroe

This fabulous floor plan offers all of the amenities with an affordable price tag. First floor laundry. Master suite with separate bath and large walk-in closet, covered entry, island with snack bar, and a large open great room.

Palisade

The Palisade ranch features an open floorplan prefect for entertaining. The kitchen and dinette are open to the great room with window walls along the rear of the home. The large laundry is located between the garage and kitchen. There is also a large walk-in pantry. The master bedroom is split from bedrooms 2 and 3. The master bath features a whirlpool tub, shower and walk-in closet. The den off the entry can function as a formal dining room with access from the kitchen. Both bedroom 2 and 3 feature walk-in closets.

Washington

The kitchen and dinette are open to the family room and patio, perfect for family entertaining. A butler pantry takes to directly from the kitchen into the dining room. The rear staircase with clearstroy windows leads upstairs to the four bedrooms. An extra large master leads into the master bath which includes a walk-in shower, large closet and vanities on either side of a whirlpool tub. A shared bath is located between bedrooms 2 and 3, with a seperate bath located off bedroom 4. All bedrooms have large walk-in closets. There is also a large media center off the bedroom hall. This will make a great study and video game area.
